Edgaras Česnauskis (born 5 February 1984) is a Lithuanian former professional footballer who played as a striker.

Česnauskis was born in Kuršėnai. In March 2006 he signed a three-year deal with Saturn Ramenskoye. At Dynamo Kyiv from 2003 to 2005 he received limited playing time.
Česnauskis, who was a Lithuania national team player, started his career in 2001 playing for his hometown team FK Ekranas.
He is the younger brother of fellow professional footballer Deividas Česnauskis.
