Edward Aburrow Jr (1750 – 6 October 1835), also known as Curry, was an English cricketer who played for the Hampshire county teams organised by the Hambledon Club in the 18th century. He is known to have played in 45 eleven-a-side matches from 1767 to 1782, all for either Hambledon or Hampshire. He was born at Slindon, Sussex in 1750,[1] and died at Hambledon, Hampshire on 6 October 1835.[2] He was the son of the Slindon bowler Edward Aburrow Sr. Whereas his father was called "Cuddy", Aburrow Jr was always known as "Curry" and this sobriquet was often recorded in contemporary scorecards.[2]
