Estrada was born in San Francisco, California, United States and raised in South San Francisco, California.[3][1] Her father is from San Raymundo, Guatemala and her mother is French.[3] She has attended the South San Francisco High School.[1]
Estrada has attended the City College of San Francisco in the United States.[1]
Estrada made her senior debut for Guatemala on 16 February 2022, starting in a 9–0 home win over the United States Virgin Islands during the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship qualification.[2]
