Aung Hlaing Win (born 19 September 1995) is a footballer from Burma, and a midfielder for the Hanthawaddy United. He was a captain for Sagaing United since 2018. He played Sagaing United until the end of the 2019 MNL season, after that he moved to Hanthawaddy United.

He played play-maker and main role of the Sagaing United and showed his impressive midfielder skills.
At the end of the 2019, he transferred to Hanthawaddy United for new challenge and to become a Myanmar National Senior team player.
