Derek McWilliams (born 16 January 1966 in Broxburn) is a Scottish footballer, who played for Hibernian, Broxburn Athletic, Dundee, Stirling Albion, Falkirk, Dunfermline Athletic, Partick Thistle, Clydebank, East Stirlingshire, East Fife and Airdrieonians. McWilliams notably made a starting appearance in the 1991 Scottish League Cup Final during his spell with Dunfermline, facing his former club Hibernian.

In 2017, McWilliams was appointed Co-Manager of Livingston U20 squad along with Steve Pittman.[1] The pair left the position in 2020.[2]
