Facchineri was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario.[2] He played youth soccer with local clubs Windsor Ciociaro SC, Windsor Soccer Club and Windsor FC Nationals, and later American club Vardar SC.[2]
In 2018, Facchineri joined the academy of MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps FC. On 23 January 2020, he signed a first-team Homegrown Player contract with the Whitecaps.[3] On 6 July 2020, Facchineri was loaned to Canadian Premier League side Atlético Ottawa.[4] He made his professional debut on 19 August against Valour FC.[5] In August 2021, Facchineri would be loaned to USL Championship side San Diego Loyal for the remainder of the 2021 season.[6]
In February 2022, Vancouver announced they were enacting a buyout of Facchineri's contract, ending his time at the club.[7]
In 2016 and 2017, Facchineri participated in three under-15 identification camps organized by the Canadian Soccer Association.[8] In 2019, Facchineri was called up to the Canadian under-17 team for the 2019 CONCACAF U-17 Championship, where he made four appearances and was named co-captain of the team.[8][9] He subsequently played for the under-17s at the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup, making three more appearances.[8]
