Born in Novi Sad, Zličić started playing football with local club Veternik at the age of 6, and later moved to Vojvodina, where he passed all youth categories.[1] After youth career, in summer 2015 he was loaned to Proleter Novi Sad, on dual registration.[2] He made his SuperLiga debut for Vojvodina under coach Milan Kosanović in 17th fixture of 2015–16 season against Radnik Surdulica,[3] and scored a spectacular goal on that match.[4] Zličić also appeared in league match against Jagodina[5] and cup match against Inđija[6] until the end of first half-season for Vojvodina.
Playing for Proleter Novi Sad as a loaned player, Zličić made 18 Serbian First League and 1 cup appearance[7] and scored 1 goal, against Sloga Petrovac na Mlavi.[8] He was also nominated for the man of the match against Inđija, played on 10 April 2016.[9]
At the beginning of 2016–17 season, Zličić made 5 appearances in UEFA Europa League qualifying phase, all as a back-up player and noted 1 assist to Nikola Trujić in a match against Bokelj.[10] Zličić scored 2 goals in 5:0 win against Spartak Subotica, played on 28 August 2016 in 7th fixture match of the Serbian SuperLiga.[11] He was also scorer in the first round of the Serbian Cup, in a match against Bežanija, played on 21 September same year.[12] Zličić started his first match on the field in 19 fixture of the 2016–17 Serbian SuperLiga against Napredak Kruševac, when he also scored a goal.[13]
On 1 September 2018, Zličić signed a three-year contract with Voždovac.[14] On 4 February 2019, he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in a friendly match against Japanese club Shonan Bellmare. As a result, he had surgery later that month.[15]
On 1 August 2020, Zličić joined Hungarian club Kisvárda.[16]
