Leslie Gaston is an American soccer player. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, she attended Saint James School where she was a Parade First Team High School All-American. Her senior season she led the team to a 13-1-1 record, making it to the state tournament. She graduated in 1998, and went on to play college soccer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a two-time NCAA Women's Soccer National Champion. She was named All-American and MVP of the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament her senior year.

Gaston was drafted tenth overall by the Atlanta Beat in the 2003 Women's United Soccer Association's player draft and helped her team reach the 2003 WUSA Founder's Cup.
She is currently playing for the Atlanta Silverbacks. She was named defender of the year for the W-League in 2006.
