He started his career at Barracuda (under-11) and Pozzomaina (under-12).[1] Pisano had had a trial with AC Milan, with whom he impressed in a tournament in Palermo before Juventus bought him in 2019 aged 13.[2][3] During the 2021–22 season, he wore Juventus U16 shirt, scoring six goals.[1] In May 2022, he joined Bayern Munich's under-17 team, receiving the number 9 shirt.[1][4][5][6]
Holger Seits, Bayern Munich Youth director, was impressed by Pisano's physicality and coldness in goal.[2][5] He is 1.87 m tall.[5]
