Born in Dragaš, SAP Kosovo, SR Serbia, then part of SFR Yugoslavia, Limani played in the 1992–93 Slovenian First League with NK Nafta Lendava.[1]
He plays with FK Fruškogorac, and has played earlier with FK Slavija Novi Sad, RFK Novi Sad, KF Liria, FK Sloga Temerin, Slovenian side NK Nafta Lendava, Hungarian side Lenti TE, German FK Makedonija Berlin, FK Petrovaradin, FK Jugović Kać, FK Hajduk Čurug, FK Crvena zvezda Novi Sad and FK Sloga Maradik.[citation needed]
