Naomi Alice Victor (born 15 August 1998) is a Gibraltarian footballer who plays for Atlético Marbella and the Gibraltar women's national team. A striker at club level, she primarily plays as a midfielder for her national team.

After playing mixed football for Europa, Naomi Victor began her senior career at Manchester 62 at the age of 12, before joining the women's team of Lincoln Red Imps in 2016. When the club folded it's women's team in 2020, she moved to newly formed Gibraltar Women's Football League side Lynx. After a brief season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic, Victor moved to Spain in summer 2021 to sign for 4th tier side ADC Esteponense, alongside compatriots Keshia Doody and Kyrelle Revagliatte. She made her debut on 2 October 2021.[1]
Naomi Victor made her senior debut for Gibraltar on 24 June 2021 in a 1–4 friendly away loss to Liechtenstein.[2]
