Tolochko is a product of the FC Karpaty Lviv School Sportive System.
He made his debut for FC Karpaty as the main-squad player in the losing home derby match against FC Lviv on 3 March 2019 in the Ukrainian Premier League.[1]
His father, Roman Tolochko is a retired football player and current manager.
