Bejlek has career-high WTA rankings of 181 in singles, achieved on 18 July 2022, and 671 in doubles, set on 1 August 2022. She has won four ITF singles titles and one ITF doubles title.
Bejlek won her biggest singles title-to-date at the 2021 ITS Cup, where she defeated Paula Ormaechea in the final, 6–0, 6–0. This achievement secured her an improvement of 557 positions in comparison with her previous WTA ranking.[3]

Bejlek won the 2022 French Open in girl's doubles event partnering with Lucie Havlíčková.[5] In addition, she reached semifinal in singles.[6]
Career overview
2021: First ITF title
In July, she reached and also won her first ITF Circuit title at the $60K Olomouc after making double bagel over Paula Ormaechea in the final.[4] This result climb her to the place of No. 447 just one month after making her WTA Rankings debut.[7]
2022: Grand Slam & top 200 debut
In June, she won title at the $60K Česká Lípa, the Macha Lake Open, after defeating her compatriot Jesika Malečková.[8] The following week, Bejlek made her WTA Tour-level qualifying debut at 2022 Wimbledon Championships, but lost in the first round to Emina Bektas.[9] A month later, she defend her title at the $60K Olomouc, the ITS Cup, this time defeating Lina Gjorcheska in the final.[10] She continued with making progress then, making her Grand Slam main-draw debut at the US Open due to three wins in the qualifying.[11] She is the youngest player in the 2022 US Open main draw, having been the youngest direct entrant to qualifying.[4][12]
