Eduku began his playing career in the Ghana with Eleven Wise.
He joined Premier League club Karela United FC before the start of the 2014-2015 Premier League season.
He joined Elmina Sharks on 8 February 2018, signing a two-year deal with an option of an additional year. [3][4][5][6]
On 27 December 2019, Sampson joined Sekondi Hasaacas FC. The forward signed a two-year contract.[7][8][9][10]
