Butler began his career at English non-league side Poole Town.
Butler played five matches for the British Virgin Islands Under-15 team in 2019 at the CONCACAF U15 Championship.[3]
Butler made his debut for the national team on 5 June 2021 as a 77th-minute substitute in a 8-0 loss vs. Curaçao.[4] He conceded a goal in stoppage time.[5]
