Ganó tres medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Natación, en los años 2019 y 2022, y una medalla de plata en el Campeonato Mundial de Natación en Piscina Corta de 2021.[2]

Benedetta Pilato (born 28 January 2005) is an Italian swimmer. She is the world record holder in the long course 50 metre breaststroke. She is the European champion in the 50 metre breaststroke in 2021 and the 100 metre breaststroke in 2022 as well as the silver medalist in the 50 metre breaststroke in 2022. In 2021, she won a silver medal in the 50 metre breaststroke at the 2021 World Short Course Championships. She is the world champion in the 100 metre breaststroke and the silver medal in the 50 metre breaststroke at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships.
