Participó en dos Juegos Olímpicos de Verano, en los años 2016 y 2020, obteniendo dos medallas de plata en Tokio 2020, en las pruebas de 100 m libre y 200 m libre.[1]

Ganó tres medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Natación en Piscina Corta de 2021, oro en las pruebas de 100 m libre y 200 m libre y bronce en 400 m libre.[2]

Se formó deportivamente en Estados Unidos, en la Universidad de Míchigan, en la que estudió el grado en Psicología.[3][4]

Siobhán Bernadette Haughey (Chinese: 何詩蓓; Jyutping: ho4 si1 pui4; born 31 October 1997; pronounced (/ʃəˈvɔːn ˈhɔːhi/ shə-VAWN HAW-hee[3]) is a Hong Kong competitive swimmer. She became the first Hong Kong swimmer to win an Olympic medal and the first Hong Kong athlete to win two Olympic medals in any sport, after winning silver in the women's 200-metre freestyle and women's 100-metre freestyle during the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics. She is also Hong Kong’s first World Record holding swimmer after breaking the women’s 200-metre freestyle record at the 2021 World Short Course Championships. She currently represents Energy Standard in the International Swimming League.
