Passé professionnel en 1921, il remporte le titre vacant de champion du monde des poids coqs en battant aux points Corporal Izzy Schwartz le 23 mai 1928[1], titre qu’il ne remettra pas en jeu. Il met un terme à sa carrière en 1937 sur un bilan de 108 victoires, 21 défaites et 9 matchs nuls.

Bushy Graham (18 June 1903 – 5 August 1982) was an American boxer from New York City. He took the World Bantamweight Championship on May 23, 1928, when he defeated Corporal Izzy Schwartz at Ebbets Field in Brooklyn. Unwilling to defend the title at the bantamweight limit, he vacated it in January, 1929, and in the 1930s became a top rated World Featherweight contender.[1][2]
