Georg Hilmar (orthographié aussi Hillmar), né en 1876, est un gymnaste allemand, qui a remporté deux médailles d'or lors des Jeux olympiques d'été de 1896 à Athènes.

Hilmar participe aux concours par équipes des barres parallèles et de la barre fixe remportant deux médailles d'or. Il a moins de réussite aux épreuves individuelles (cheval d'arçon, barres parallèles, barre fixe et saut de cheval), son classement n'est pas connu.

Georg Otto Hilmar (10 October 1876 in Berlin – 12 December 1911 in Berlin), commonly known as Georg Hillmar, was a German gymnast.[1] He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens. Hillmar won two gold medals as a member of the German team that won both of the team events, the parallel bars and the horizontal bar. He had less success in the individual events, contesting the parallel bars, horizontal bar, vault, and pommel horse without earning any medals.[2]
