Футбольная лига Англии 1890/1891 (англ. 1890–91 Football League) — 3-й сезон Футбольной лиги, победителем которой стал «Эвертон». В чемпионате приняло участие 12 клубов. По сравнению с предыдущим сезоном в составе участников произошло одно изменение: «Сток» вышел из состава Футбольной лиги и перешёл к её конкуренту, в Футбольный альянс. Место «Стока» в Футбольной лиге занял «Сандерленд», который был известен в то время как «команда, целиком состоящая из талантов» (англ. the team of all talents).
