Akyazı Stadium (Turkish: Akyazı Stadyumu), officially known as the Şenol Güneş Spor Kompleksi Akyazı Stadyumu, is a stadium located in Trabzon, Turkey.[2][3] It opened to public in December 2016 and has a capacity of 40,782[1] spectators.[4] It is the new home of Trabzonspor of the Süper Lig, replacing Hüseyin Avni Aker Stadium. It is named after the Turkish football manager and former goalkeeper of Trabzonspor and Turkey national football team, as well as former coach of the national team, Şenol Güneş.

In 2017, interactive monitors were installed in the stadium's press seats, which provides match streaming, player information, etc.

There are plans to connect the stadium to Trabzon's City Center with the new Trabzon Tram per a 2022 announcement by the region's mayor.[5]

Der Fußballverein Trabzonspor aus der Süper Lig nutzt die Arena als Spielstätte. Die Anlage ersetzte das Hüseyin Avni Aker Stadı aus dem Jahr 1951.

Se encuentra en el complejo Akyazi, el destino deportivo / de ocio más grande de la ciudad, construido en 795,000 metros cuadrados de terreno creado artificialmente a pocos metros de la costa del Mar Negro. El recinto es propiedad del club Trabzonspor equipo de la Superliga de Turquía y debe su nombre a Şenol Güneş exjugador y entrenador del club. El estadio reemplaza al Estadio Hüseyin Avni Aker construido en 1951. Su capacidad llega a los 41 461 espectadores.[4]
