In October 2014, the Spanish group has been replaced by MAPA Insaat ve ticaret, a Turkish construction group. JS Kabylie had the construction of promise this stage from the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, right after the third CAF Cup that they have won. Work officially started May 15, 2010.[2]

Name

No official name is been determined, stadium is still known as the new stadium as it has been named in the construction project files, but many names are proposed especially by JSK fans to be named on the famous president of the club Mohand Chérif Hannachi for honoring this man for all what he gave to the club and the Algerian football.
