Construit par l'armée égyptienne et inauguré en 2003, l'enceinte de 22 000 spectateurs accueille les matchs du Haras El-Hedood Club et du El Raja Marsa Matruh. Il fait partie des stades accueillant les matchs de la Coupe d'Afrique des nations 2006[1].

Das Harras El-Hedoud Stadium (arabisch ستاد حرس الحدود) ist ein Fußballstadion mit Leichtathletikanlage in der am Mittelmeer gelegenen ägyptischen Hafenstadt Alexandria. Es fasst 22.500 Zuschauer und wird hauptsächlich für Fußball genutzt. Es stehen 300 Plätze in V.I.P.-Logen bereit. Das Spielfeld der 2003 eröffneten Arena wird von einer Kunststoffbahn umfasst. Da das Stadion nicht wie andere Leichtathletikstadien hinter den Toren Kurven hat; hat die Laufbahn eine rechteckige Form.[1][en] Haras El Hodoud Stadium
Haras El-Hodood Stadium (Border Guard Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Alexandria, Egypt. It is used mostly for football matches, and was used for the 2006 African Cup of Nations. The stadium holds 22,000 people. The pitch is surrounded by an athletics track, rectangular in shape & therefore having 90 degrees corners, rather than the conventional curve.
