The following year, Blackwood again won the league and gained promotion to Division One. In 2011–12, the club secured its third successive title and was promoted to the Premier Division for 2012–13, the club's first season at level 10 of the English football league system.[2] The club was initially allocated a place in the newly formed Midland Football League in 2014, but subsequently withdrew.[3]
