Club Universal, is a Paraguayan football club based in the city of Encarnación, in the Itapúa Department. The club actually participates in the League of Encarnación.

The club was founded May 14, 1917 and plays in the regional Liga Encarnacena of the Itapúa Department. The team managed to play in the first division in 2000 but got relegated soon after. Their home games are played at the Hugo Stroessner stadium.

El Club Universal es un equipo de fútbol de la ciudad de Encarnación, Paraguay. El club fue fundado el 14 de mayo de 1917 y, actualmente, juega en la Liga Encarnacena del departamento de Itapúa. El club logró ascender a la Primera División de Paraguay en el Campeonato Paraguayo de Fútbol 2000, pero ese mismo año, descendió a la Segunda División de Paraguay. Hace sus juegos de local en el Estadio Hugo Stroessner.
