Historia

Stephen Henderson guio al equipo a la primera división el 10 de noviembre de 2007, siendo la primera vez del Cobh en la máxima categoría en 12 años.

Henderson volvió a firmar con el equipo en 2008 luego que descendieran junto al Finn Harps Football Club. En enero de 2013 la Asociación de Fútbol de Irlanda los premió otorgándoles licencia de liga después de una ausencia de 4 años.

Der Cobh Ramblers Football Club, (irisch Cumann Peile Chóstóirí Chóbh) ist eine 1922 gegründete Fußballmannschaft aus der südirischen Hafenstadt Cobh. Cobh Ramblers Football Club (CRFC) (Irish: Cumann Peile Chóstóirí Chóbh) is an Irish football club. The club, founded in 1922 and elected to the League of Ireland in 1985, hails from Cobh, County Cork and play their home matches at St. Colman's Park. The club's colours are claret and blue. The club was a founding member of the Cork Athletic Union League in 1947 and is the only one of the 14 founding clubs still in existence today.
