Historia
Fue fundado en el año 1969 en la capital Taipéi creado por unos empleados seguidores del fútbol de la corporación Tatung Electronics Company. Es el equipo más viejo del país y el único que es controlado por una empresa privada. Muchos de sus jugadores son empleados de la empresa, trabajan durante la mañana y entrenan en la tarde. Ha sido campeón de liga en 2 ocasiones y ha sido subcampeón 11 veces, ha ganado 4 torneos de Copa.
A nivel internacional ha participado en 3 torneos continentales, donde su mejor participación ha sido en la Copa Presidente de la AFC del año 2006, donde fueron eliminados en semifinales por el Vakhsh de Tayikistán.
