Kremenović joined Henan Jianye in February 2007.[12][13] He was described as displaying the qualities of an archetypal European professional footballer.[14] However, he performed mediocrely in the first two rounds,[15] and was then benched for a series of matches.[16]
Preparing with Zhetysu partway through January 2011,[17] Kremenović made six league appearances for the team, but never made it into the main lineup.[18] His contract expired that summer.[19]
