He made his Serie C debut for Pistoiese on 18 February 2018 in a game against Olbia.[1]
On 11 January 2019, he joined Gavorrano on loan.[2]
In July 2021, he joined to Cremonese, and was loaned to Serie C club Pro Sesto.[3] On 12 July 2022, Cerretelli was loaned to Carrarese.[4]
