He made his professional Fortuna Liga debut for Tatran Prešov against AS Trenčín on 27 May 2017.[1]
Boloca has a dual Italian and Romanian citizenship. He was named in the preliminarily Romania squad for June 2022 UEFA National League matches,[2] but was not included in the final squad.
Boloca's younger brother, Gabriele Boloca, is also a professional footballer.
