Florin Alexandru Tene (born 10 November 1968) is a retired Romanian footballer and current goalkeeper coach at Neftchi Baku.

He was born in Bucharest and debuted in Divizia A with Dinamo București in 1987. He only played that match before leaving Dinamo to play for smaller clubs. He rejoined Dinamo in 1991/92, in which they won the league title. After spells with various clubs the following years he returned in 2000/01 for his fourth stint in Dinamo, and retired after the season.
After retiring as a player, he became a coach. In 2013, he reunited with former teammate Laurențiu Reghecampf and is since part of his coaching staff.
Florin Tene made his debut for the national team in 1992 against Mexico, and was selected as the third-choice goalkeeper in the Euro 1996 squad. The same year he played his last international match, bringing his total tally to 6 caps.
