Franck David (born 21 March 1970 in Paris) is a French windsurfer who competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, where he won the gold medal in the Men's Lechner Sailboard Class.[1] He also became World Champion in 1992.

En 1992, il est champion du monde et devient le premier Français champion olympique de planche à voile. Il met un terme à sa carrière à l'âge de 25 ans pour devenir entrepreneur.
