Hilmir Rafn Mikaelsson (born 2 February 2004) is an Icelandic footballer who plays as a midfielder for Italian Serie B club Venezia.

Career


He started his senior career with Icelandic side Fjölnir, having switched to them aged 14. Before that he trained with Kormákur, based in the village of Hvammstangi.[1][2][3] In 2021, he signed for Venezia in the Italian Serie A.[4][5] On 22 May 2022, he debuted for Venezia during a 0–0 draw with Cagliari.[6][7][8]

On 7 August 2022 he also debuted in Coppa Italia scoring a double in a time span lower than 2 minutes.[9]
