Ismaila Diop (born 19 December 1999) is a Senegalese football player. He plays in Albania for Apolonia.

On 26 May 2017, Diop signed his first professional contract with Ascoli for a three-year term.[1]
On 24 August 2018, Diop joined Paganese on a season-long loan.[2] He made his Serie C debut for Paganese on 16 September 2018 in a game against Rende.[3]
On 31 July 2019, he signed a 2-year contract with Serie C club Fano.[4]
On 5 October 2020, he joined Fermana.[5] On 27 January 2021, his contract with Fermana was terminated by mutual consent.[6]
After his release by Fermana, he joined Albanian club Apolonia and made his debut for the club on 31 January 2021 against KF Tirana.[7]
