Jeffrey Bruce Christensen (born January 8, 1960) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns.[1][2] He played college football for the Eastern Illinois Panthers. Jeff is the founder and Head Quarterback Coach at Throw it Deep. He played QB at Eastern Illinois University, and was inducted into EIU Hall of Fame. He was the 135th player selected in 1983 NFL Draft by Cincinnati Bengals (First NFL QB ever to be drafted out of EIU). During his 8 years in the NFL, he played for the Bengals, Rams, Eagles, Browns, Jets, and Broncos. Jeff started coaching quarterbacks in 1990, and has since coached over 4,000 quarterbacks.

Christensen continues to provide key insight based on years of experience and traditional QB mechanics. Christensen continues to work with over 60 NCAA Division 1 athletes around the nation.
His son played college football at Iowa and Eastern Illinois.[3]
