Mihai Plătică (born 15 March 1990) is a Moldovan footballer who plays as a midfielder for Petrocub Hîncești in the Moldovan National Division. He also holds Russian citizenship as Mikhail Ivanovich Platika (Russian: Михаил Иванович Платика).[1]

On 31 January 2020, he signed with FC Kyzylzhar in Kazakhstan.[2]
On 9 February 2021, he returned to Moldova, signing a three-year contract with Petrocub Hîncești.[3]
