Oleksandr Kozhemyachenko (Ukrainian: Кожем'яченко Олександр Вікторович) (born December 29, January 1978) is a retired Soviet and Ukrainian football player. He spent most of his career with Desna Chernihiv, the main club in Chernihiv.[1][2][3]

Kozhemyachenko started his career at Desna Chernihiv, from the season 1998 until 2002, where he played 85 games and scored 31 goals.[4] He made his debut for his new team on May 3, 1999, in a home match of the national championship between Chernihiv's Desna and Zaporizhia's Torpedo. In that match, the hosts lost 0: 3. Oleksandr came on in the 46th minute of the match instead of Petro Pylypeiko, but in the 65th minute he was replaced by Vadym Danylevsky.[5] That season in the championship Kozhemyachenko played only 4 matches, but scored his debut goal. It happened in a home match for Desna against Kremenchug's Kremen. Alexander scored in the 62nd minute of the match, and his team confidently won with a score of 5–1.[6]
Then he moved temporally 2002 to FC Sokil Zolochiv where he played to matches.
Then always in 2002, he return to Desna Chernihiv, where he stayed until 2012. He won the Ukrainian Second League in the season 2005–06 and become the Top scorer of the group in 2005–06 with 21 goals[7]in 2004–05 with 20 goals[8]and in 2005–06 with 21 goals,[9]becoming the player with the record in Ukrainian Second League as top scorer. He become also the player with most goals in all competitions of Desna Chernihiv with 128 goals[10]
Later he moved to Avangard Korukivka in the region of Chernihiv until 2017. Here he won Chernihiv Oblast Football Championship and the Chernihiv Oblast Football Cup in 2013.
