Pan Wenli (Chinese: 潘文莉; pinyin: Pān Wénlì, born (1969-03-08)8 March 1969) was a Chinese female volleyball player. She was part of the China women's national volleyball team.[1][2]

She participated at the 1996 Summer Olympics, winning the silver medal. She also played at the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Brazil.[3] On club level she played with Shanghai.
She was assistant coach at the University of Toronto.[4]
