Pavlo Ihorovych Polehenko (Ukrainian: Павло Ігорович Полегенько; born 6 January 1995) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Lviv.

Polehenko is a product of the Yunist Chernihiv and Dynamo Kyiv youth academies.[2]
In July 2015, Polehenko went on loan to Hoverla Uzhhorod in the Ukrainian Premier League. On 19 July, He made his debut for the club against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.[3]
In 2015 he moved to Dynamo-2 Kyiv in the Ukrainian First League.[4][5]
In 2016, Polehenko moved to Zirka Kropyvnytskyi in the Ukrainian Premier League.[6]
In 2018 he moved to Mariupol, where played for two seasons.[7]
In the summer of 2020 he signed a contract with Desna.[8] On 4 October he made his debut with the new team against Shakhtar Donetsk at the Chernihiv Stadium.[9] At the end of May 2021 his contract with Desna was ended by mutual agreement.[10]
That same month, he signed for Inhulets Petrove.[11] He made his debut for the club against Shakhtar Donetsk at the NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv on 24 July 2021.[12] On 10 December he scored his first league goal for Inhulets Petrove against Desna Chernihiv.[13]
In summer 2022 he moved to Lviv in the Ukrainian Premier League.
