Tsugutoshi Oishi (大石 治寿, Ōishi Tsugutoshi, born September 25, 1990) is a Japanese footballer who plays as a forward for Fujieda MYFC.

After being for four seasons with FC Kariya and two seasons of J3 League with Fujieda MYFC, Oishi decided to sign for Tochigi SC in December 2015.[1] Missing out on promotion for just one point, Oishi opted to move to J2-based team Renofa Yamaguchi in Winter 2017.[2]
