Yann-Alexandre Fillion (born February 14, 1996) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays for Finnish club IFK Mariehamn.

On March 13, 2015, it was announced that Fillion would join USL club FC Montreal for their inaugural season.[1] He made his professional debut for the club on March 28 in a 2–0 defeat to Toronto FC II.[2] Fillion would spend parts of two seasons with FC Montreal before the club ceased operations after the 2016 season.
After his time with FC Montreal, Fillion signed a 5-year contract with Swiss Super League club FC Zürich in May 2016.[3] In February 2017, it was announced that Fillion would be loaned to Swedish Division 1 club Umeå FC for the 2017 season.[4] In April 2018, Fillion was loaned to newly promoted OBOS-ligaen side Nest-Sotra for the 2018 season.[5] In July 2018, Fillion was recalled from Nest-Sotra and loaned to FC Aarau of the Swiss Challenge League.[6] On March 21, 2019, it was announced that Fillion would join USL League One club Toronto FC II on loan for their first season in the newly formed third division.
After four years in the Zürich system, it was announced that Fillion signed with Ekenäs IF of the Ykkönen for the 2020 season on a free transfer.[7][8]
After one year with Ekenäs, Fillion would transfer to Veikkausliiga club AC Oulu on a one year contract with an option for a second year.[9]
For the 2022 season, he signed with Veikkausliiga club IFK Mariehamn for one season with an option for another year.[10]
