Yehia Hachem (Arabic: يحيى هاشم; born 14 July 1981) is a Lebanese former footballer who played as a midfielder.

Hachem started his youth career at Nejmeh on 12 April 1995,[2] making his senior debut in the 2000–01 Lebanese Premier League.[3]
He was named Best Player of the 2004–05 season, and was included in the Team of the Season.[4] Hachem joined Mabarra in the 2008 summer transfer window.[5]
His brother, Bilal, played as a goalkeeper.[3]
