He made his debut in the ninety-three point loss to Richmond at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in round four of the 2018 season.[2] In round three of 2021, Bailey kicked the match winning goal after the siren to win the game against Collingwood at Marvel Stadium, this came a week after he tackled Geelong’s Mark Blicavs in last few seconds in the game at GMHBA Stadium that was controversially not paid holding the ball to Bailey.[3]
Updated to the end of the 2022 season.[4]
