Il mesure 1,94 m, pèse environ 93 kg et évolue au poste d'arrière ou ailier droit au sein de l'USAM Nîmes Gard, qu'il a rejoint en 2014, et de la sélection islandaise. Avec cette dernière, il a remporté la médaille d'argent aux Jeux olympiques de 2008 à Pékin et le bronze au Championnat d'Europe 2010 en Autriche.
