Fudbalski klub Kozara Gradiška (Serbian Cyrillic: Фудбалски клуб Koзapa Градишка) is a professional football club from the town of Gradiška, in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina. The club played in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 2002–03 season. However, they ended up being relegated to the First League of the Republika Srpska after their first season in the country's top league. The club played from 2003 to 2011 in the second level of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the season 2010–11, the team's promoted again to the Premier League. At the end of the 2011–12 season, they finished on 16th position and were relegated again to the lower tier.

Der Fudbalski Klub Kozara Gradiška ist ein bosnischer Fußballverein aus Bosanska Gradiška. Der Verein spielt zurzeit in der zweithöchsten Klasse des Landes, der Prva Liga RS.

«Козара» (серб. Фудбалски клуб Козара Градишка, босн. Fudbalski klub Kozara Gradiška) ― футбольный клуб из Боснии и Герцеговины, базируется в городе Градишка в Республике Сербской. Клуб был основан в 1945 году и в настоящее время играет в первой лиге Республики Сербской. Клуб принимает гостей на стадионе «Градский», вмещающем 5 000 зрителей. В сезоне 2002/03 «Козара» дебютировала в боснийской Премьер-лиге, но заняла в турнире 15-е место и вылетела в первую лигу, в которой выступала на протяжении следующих 8-ми лет. Заняв по итогам сезона 2010/11 1-е место в первой лиге Республики Сербской, клуб получил право вернутся в высший дивизион Боснии и Герцеговины после восьмилетнего перерыва, однако занял последнее место и вновь потерял место в Премьер-лиге.
