Miltiadis "Miltos" Tentoglou (Greek: Μιλτιάδης Τεντόγλου [milti'aðis te'doɣlu];[2] born 18 March 1998[3]) is a Greek track and field athlete who competes in the long jump. He won the gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics with a jump of 8.41 metres.[4] In 2022, Tentoglou became the World indoor champion jumping a Greek indoor record of 8.55 metres, which places him sixth on the world indoor all-time list.[5] He holds a personal best of 8.60 m (28 ft 2+12 in), and is the current Greek record holder in the indoor jump.

Tentoglou has won the European title 4 consecutive times: at the 2018 European Championships, the 2019 European Indoor Championships, the 2021 European Indoor Championships and the 2022 European Championships.

He competed at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics and won the silver medal at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships.
