Joffre was born in Portachuelo, Bolivia and moved to Naples, Florida in 2012 when he was 13.[3] He attended Gulf Coast High School and led them to the FHSAA State Championship in 2018 after scoring two goals, including a winning goal in extra time, to beat Duncan U. Fletcher High 2–1 at the Spec Martin Stadium in DeLand.[4]
He played his freshman with EFSC Titans and scored 7 goals in 14 appearances during his one and only season for them in 2018–19. EFSC were ultimately eliminated in the semifinals by Barton Community College, with Joffre scoring 2 goals in a 4–2 loss. Despite this, Joffre made the NJCAA Division I all-tournament team.[5]
Having also spent time with FC Florida Prep Academy in Palm City, Florida, Joffre signed with Orlando City B in 2019.[6] Joffre only played in 3 matches for Orlando City's B-team before parting ways with the club by mutual agreement in May of 2019.[7]
Joffre did not play professionally again until February 2022, when it was announced that he, along with fellow FC Florida Prep player Rian Jamai, had been signed to the Crystal Palace Academy.[8] Both Joffre and Jamai were immediately sent on loan to Belgian First Division B side RWD Molenbeek for the remainder of the 2021–22 season as part of a partnership between the Belgian club and Crystal Palace.
