He won a gold medal in individual épée event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.[1] He won a team gold medal in 1988, silver in 2000, and a bronze medal in 1996.[2][3] He won the individual Epee World Fencing Championships in 1995[4] and 1997.[5]

Éric Srecki est un épéiste français, aux origines polonaises. Né le 2 juillet 1964 à Béthune. Père de trois enfants, il est un des Français les plus titrés en escrime. Double champion olympique avec un titre par équipes en 1988 et un titre individuel en 1992, il possède également quatre titres mondiaux à son palmarès : deux titres consécutifs en individuelle et deux titres dans les tournois par équipe.
